Roy Scott has been identified from a set of photographs associated with the Exhibition held by the Queen Victoria Museum and Art Gallery, Launceston. Roy was the son of Henry James Scott, the South Australian Commissioner of the Tasmanian Exhibition of 1891-92. His mother was Isabella Armstrong from Ramsay, Isle of Man. He had two brothers and two sisters. Roy entertained visitors to the South Australian Court, taking orders and transacting business on behalf of his father's Bundarra Vineyard. Roy took place in a costumed cricket match and ran a foot race against George Beasley, which he won by a couple of yards.
