Christina Elizabeth Kemp was born in Launceston on 9 Dec 1864, one of three daughters of Angus Smith Kemp and his wife Catherine McCarthy. Miss C Kemp was a soprano in the Tasmanian Exhibition Choir of 1891-92. Christina was a dressmaker and died unmarried at Armadale, Victoria, in 1929. Her mother and sisters May and Jessie are also pictured in the Family Album.
