This is possibly Mary Ann Gunn who was born on 6 Jun 1842, the eldest daughter of Ronald Campbell Gunn (1808-1881), noted botanist, and his second wife, Margaret Legrand Jamieson (1817-1895). After Ronald Campbell Gunn died, Mary Ann and her mother Margaret, Ronald's widow, were the executors of his will. Mary Ann Gunn attended the closing ceremony of the Tasmanian Exhibition in 1891-92. She died on 3 Oct 1916 and is buried at Carr Villa. Her mother is also in the Launceston Family Album. This image was labelled W Gunn, but it seems likely it is Mary Ann.
